I have been ripped off by very many if not most vape/smoke shops. When I say that I mean most of the various paraphernalia & vape/smoke accessories I've purchased at retail shops have HAD TO be counterfeit/cloned. I had a feeling, but when I walked into this place, I KNEW...

..Just based on the beautiful craftsmanship of every item in this wonderful little haven, I knew 90% of my purchases had for sure been clones. I've been to a lot of shops from Sac to the Bay, mostly in the Sacramento area. Only THIS SHOP I will travel to instead of buying directly from manufacturers when I'm making a bigger retail buy that I HAVE to have now rather than waiting for mail service.

The selection is amazing, absolutely every top-of-the-line authentic item on the market, they carry.

Customer service is masterful in knowledge and kind as well as very patient. They had no quarrels with me oo-ING AND aah-ING over their inventory for what must have seemed like their entire shift. And probably was.

Most shop owners will be very rude if I take more than mere seconds of their day to review the quality of products they are providing for my currency.

Can't wait to go back and waste more time and money only here from now on.

I'm an over the road trucker and this is by far the best vape shop I've found in California so far. They carry a very nice selection of high end mods(I bought my rebel dna 250 here) and also carry great batteries(hard to find shops carrying vtc5a) and wire both premade and non premade. They also carry a wide selection of very well known juices such as Vapetasia and Milk Man E Liquid. The staff are very knowledgeable and helpful to your needs when coming here(another hard thing to find with vape shops). I will definitely be back whenever I'm in the area and would 100% recommend coming here for any of your vaping needs. Thanks guys!

Went to return an item that stopped working the guy there was arrogantly telling me to contact the manufacturer while cussing in front of my five-year-old son at the time and telling me at least I got my worth‘s worth out of it like he knew how much I was using it and how long I needed it

Amazing shop! Made a purchase from them online, the item arrived cracked, I contacted them immediately and they sent out a replacement. Apparently I bought the last one in stock, the owner PLACED AN ORDER JUST TO GET ME THE EXACT SAME RIG! Great customer service definitely talk to these guys if you need anything.
