Just got a letter in the mail for a $90 fine after booking a spot through SpotHero. I went to a show that ran a bit longer than I expected, so first I tried to extend my reservation in SpotHero, but it a said that wasn't an option. When I got back to the lot, I looked around for a way to pay for the difference (an extra 10 minutes on a five hour reservation), but there wasn't any way to do so there either. This is a predatory setup and clearly their entire goal is to make it hard for people to pay so they can then try to charge them $90.

Had to stay at work a little late and left the parking literally couple minutes after time, it has not been busy at all either.. Got a notice to pay 90$.. The parking cost for the whole day was 10.75$ so it's very inadequate.. I feel like this is how they make the most of their money looking at other comments too

This company sent me a bill of 90 dollars for 3 hours when the sign says 9 dollars for 3 hours. Plus, when I tried to pay, the machines were covered up with some kind of dark green tarp, so I couldn't pay. But sending me a bill for 90 dollars is a rip-off when that's not the price you have posted in Your lot. saw another review of someone being charged 90 dollars for 12 hours. Why am I being charged 90 for 3 hours max, which is one of the times allowed for 9 dollars. Also, the notice you sent me says private parking lot. No sign say private, the signs say public

VANS BEWARE- if you have a van and have to park there make sure you have locks on everything. Our van got broken into and a lot of tools were stolen out of it. If you can just avoid this place at all costs‼️

After staying for three hours and leaving before the time was up, we were charged $12.50 instead of $9 (as the first three hours are $9 according to the informational sign for this lot). To make matters worse, we received a $90 non-payment violation fee three weeks later. Since we had a bank receipt, we submitted a dispute. I will also add that the parking meter was covered up and unable to be used, so a nearby QR-code was provided and we paid online. This place is an absolute scam and I don't recommend parking here.

Trash lot! Do not park here. They were more expensive on spot hero than their posted price and sent me a $90 notice. Total scam and the worst part of Chicago! NEVER PARK IN THIS SCAM LOT!! You've been warned!

If I could give this parking lot negative stars I would, I have regularly used this lot and have had many issues here. This weekend I came into the city to stay with my girlfriend on Friday night, I paid the standard 12-24hr fee of $26.50. The following night just before the 24hrs was completed I paid for another 24hrs which again said it would be the standard $26.50 so no worries I started the payment. Well today I log onto the app to extend my parking a bit further and it charges me 79.50!!! It did not tell me initially that it would be that much I would have switched lots (also why do you get charged at the end of the visit rather than when you book the parking spot like an average un-manned kiosk would work). Come to find out when I get home I had a fee in the mail from 3/11 for $90, for being in the lot for 12min… I pulled in to park as I normally would without knowing it was the day of the st pattys parade. They were charging $60 for parking that day so I decided to look for somewhere else to park and they have the audacity to send me a $90 fee in the mail. These are some top notch scam artists and I will be contacting them tomorrow as soon as possible. Stay far far away from this lot it will not end well for you.
