I visit this location to file a claim for a pair of Oakley glasses i bought for my husband's birthday and manager Sherree had a negative attitude, she turned me away because I didn't have my receipt. I called the 1800 number to get a reprint of mu receipt and was told that the manager should have done that in the first place, worst experience ever.

Shout out to Angie & Jasmine at this location. You girls are AWESOME!!
I came in with a return and walked out keeping my original purchase (never wanted to return them in the first place) AND ALSO MADE ANOTHER SUNGLASSES PURCHASE!! The best customer service I have had in a while
How can two girls make this gay boy keep his original purchase and end up dropping a couple more bills on another pair of sunglasses!!!! With zero flirting!

DO NOT SHOP THERE..... SAVE YOUR MONEY..... I use to buy all my shades there until one day, I came in after work and the (LADIES) in the hut treated me like a piece of garbage, they wouldn’t even let me try the glasses... Yes I know I looked all bummy but that does not give them the right to treat there loyal customers like that... if the owner doesn’t change this, they will loose the little clientele they have, I really wanted to support them,since I knew they were going through a rough patch, but after this I really hope they close....

Worse service ever. The lady on the counter is so rude... she closed 25min before closing time and we even told her to wait 5 min but she tuck glasses from out hand n put it back.
