Truck drivers !
Appt time only, they so lazy they dont accept early appointments, even thoe theres NO trucks on site.

After waiting hours for appt time, once it was time, they put me on stand by.

Only pro ; is loaders offload quick 👍🏼

iHerb is great. I get a lot of my morning, afternoon, & night multi vitamins from there. Medicine to help my liver. Hair, skin, & nails. I Love Hand Soap so I buy a lot from there. Very nice brand's. The prices are pretty good. The stuff always arrives on time or earlier than said which is wonderful. I have bought gifts for family members from there. A big plus is the facial creams they have. I am big on looking good so I do buy a nice amount.

This please is so bad and the broker RWB Trucking too they gave me an appointment at 12:00 when I arrived they said my appointment was at 4pm broker never paid anything they said detention started AFTER 6 HOURS. I do not recommend the place or the broker.. our time is money but they don’t care do not believe them on their appointments

Nice people and fast unloading Truck entry on Concord Way

Received supplements that the glass was busted inside the box. Product all mixed with glass shards in the box. Submitted a return request and took a picture of broken glass and product. At the time I submitted the claim, no other information was requested. Then I threw away the busted and dangerous glass. The company then denied my claim and said they needed several more pictures, of the box, product skew, damage, etc... I had given them a clear picture of damage product, yet they wanted more pictures. Unfortunately I had cleaned up and threw that stuff away. They were no help. This was supplements that cost$150. This company is a rip off. They had packaged two glass bottles together with one little piece of packing paper and somehow it is my fault when I receive broken glass bottles. I cancelled my subscription and have found a different supplier.

Driver is at this facility right now to get unloaded. They don't allow drivers to use the restroom I don't know what kind of rule is that. They are really slow with unloading as well they just unloading one pallet per hour they are just looking for drivers willing to pay them more money to get unloaded fast even use the restroom.

they always ship really fast unless you really need something urgently and are choosing DHL express. Parcel did still not leave. They are shipping slower if you choose express delivery vs. regular one. You pay insane money for express shipment, but it fails because they ship not within 24 hours. it is a punch in the customers face who spent so much money there. Nevee ever should people make use of the express delivery as this delivery method has zero precedence over regular packages.
