My partner spent over $100 on flowers here and we received the most wilted piece of garbage flowers I’ve ever seen. Like I literally could have spent $15 at walmart and they would’ve been better. Please see photos for what he ordered and what we got. Like what? Y’all, just shop locally and support your local florists.

Bouqs.com is probably one of the last companies to actually care about the customer experience. They not only produce wonderful flowers.....lovely in the combination of stems....but fresh and fragrant, but actually what happens from when they are gathered, packaged and delivered. I have had two experiences with deliveries....that could have ended in a disaster for me, but weren't because of the Exemplary Customer service I have received from Bouqs! The last experience was last week......and Farhana...the Customer Service Representative was amazing. My allegiance to this company is Sealed!!!! LOVE them!!!

These are really efficient and caring individuals. I have two subscriptions with them which I must continue to update periodically. They really understand how much it means to me to send these flowers to these loved ones and always work patiently with me through the process. What a terrible company! I heard an ad on a podcast I listed to and was excited to try this company out for Mother’s Day. Ordered the sugar rush arrangement which looked super pretty and had color as I felt my mom would love. What was pictured on the website was far from what was received. The flowers were disgusting and in horrible condition despite being sent just the day before. Additionally, the flowers came loose and required that the receiver, my mom, arrange them. Get freeking real! I could have picked dandelions on the side of an interstate and thrown them in a box and they would have arrived in better condition and looked a million times better than the garbage my mom got. And to top it all off, there is not phone number to call so I had to spend 45 minutes on a useless chat for their rude employees to provide a refund. Pro tip: use a highly rated local florist (google search will provide tons of options) over these tech funded jokers. 😂🤡😂

Very happy with the beautiful fresh flowers that came directly from the farmer to the house! They also still look beautiful after 10 days. The customer service of this company is great as they have been receptive to feedback and making sure I was 100% satisfied with my purchase.

Great flowers and amazing service. I have the subscription for my wife and she loves getting them every month. The flowers are incredible, they look great for over a week. Longer the any other flowers I have gotten her.

This is the second horrible experience that I’ve had with this company. They arrived late, in a box, wilted, and squished. Customer service claimed they were in “bud form” to try and bypass the poor quality of flower they provide. For any delivery, and especially for Valentines Day or special occasion, they should be in full bloom. I paid $75 for 11 bulbs and a vase wasn’t included. I have asked for a full refund and they offered me store credit as if the third time would be better. What a joke.
