Had the best experience at this UPS store and especially working with their associate Nancy. We arrived an hour before closing with 3 large packages that needed help being packed up, plus they were printers so needed the extra attention for fragile items. Nancy worked with us for an hour ensuring all our gear was safely packaged; she was friendly, knowledgeable, and so helpful with all our equipment. All the other employees working in the store seemed happy and welcoming and the time just flew by. It’s so great to have an experience where you feel sure in the quality of the service provided. Thanks again Nancy for helping two girls ship our equipment back to Boston.

Awful service, a shipper had sent three packages here via UPS to this location a UPS store, costing 270 in shipping.

They refused to give them to me unless I gave them 10 dollars per box and ended up charging me 30 dollars because the “owner” had changed its policy.

So if I’m hearing this correctly a UPS store regardless of whether it’s independently owned or not is charging for getting your package from UPS.

Best part this is a per location basis, so basically a greedy business owner. Fresh!

I've had a box at this location since Autumn 2010, even when I lived just 2 blocks away. I LOVE this UPS store because they are fast, cheerful, pleasant, and since they remodeled the store, it's beautiful inside. 100% score.

Leaving a review to extend a HUGE THANKS to Alex for her work last Saturday helping us produce an urgent set of ~50 copies that our business required for an event that day. While this wasn't exactly a massive order in terms of size, Alex treated us like it was the most important thing she would do that day.

After I sent the document in via email, she called me on two occasions to clarify the type of paper we should use and also provide feedback on which version we should use. She truly went above and beyond and cannot thank her and the UPS Store in Marina Del Rey enough.

As I write this, I am seeing a number of reviews singing her praises. Doesn't surprise me at all, as this was an outstanding experience and the event for our business was a massive success. Thanks Alex and UPS!

The staff is awesome. Extremely helpful. The ups store makes my life so much easier. I really don’t want to pick up any packages at the post office. I prefer my friendly UPS store !
