This is, by far, the best service center I’ve ever been to. Besides the tidiness and cleanliness, Michael and Libra are excellent! They greet you with a contagious smile and make you feel like a VIP. I came to pick up a package, and although I had to wait for quite some time till the courier returned, and they made my wait a laughter filled one.
I really recommend coming here for all your need.

This is their main distribution center, and they can answer all your FedEx questions. I had a package delivered to my home, addressed to someone I didn’t know. I went to a different FedEx and the package kept getting returned to my house. Then, I went here, and they were able to figure out the mystery behind the package, and made me feel better to return the package to its rightful owner.

For any purchases you must bring a government issued ID to complete the transaction. It’s a new rule in place, so just don’t leave your ID in the car or at home.

They have all the packing supplies you need to send off a package. Plenty of space out front for parking. The space is clean, if no one is there when you walk in, just wait and you’ll be helped.

This place is the worst!!!! Stood in line for over 15 mins to meet deadline and there was only one clerk. With the fires in LA they needed to have adequate staff and they didn't. Poor management!!!!

🍃 When I missed my package delivery at the arranged time, I called the reception at FedEx Marina Del Rey. The gentleman who answered my call on afternoon Tuesday guided me very well, When I arrived there, Michael Ashby, who assisted also was so friendly and helpful! This station truly have 5-star service. 🌟

I cannot speak with a human being at this location. The automated system hung up on me after 5-6 requests to speak with the manager at this location.

Only 1 dude working on a Saturday at 2 in the afternoon (he is super nice, btw) so each time he helps one person, 2 more walk in. 2 people got tired of waiting and just left 😕
