I had to pay out of pocket for my meds that were work related because the nurse at the urgent care Kaiser across the street, didn’t notate that it was work related. When I asked if they could call to ask the lady at the window said since it’s a weekend they can’t communicate with the nurse across the street at Kaiser. I just wish the communication would’ve been a bit better because now I am not sure my job will even reimburse me for something work related.

Went to pick up at the pharmacy and I was told 30 mins to process. I was there for a hour and a half.

you wait at the window to check in they still pull from the regular line with only 5 people in line. and then when the line is down they pull from check in window. Only to find out your meds are ready so they say, you need to wait in the regular line. Another 5 are there now. Nice to pick and choose who you want to help when the whole time you k we I’ve been waiting. I wish I didn’t have to come to Manteca Kaiser.

I ALWAYS go online to order and wait for a text message for when medicine is ready. Even new rx’s are usually done within 15 minutes only when your prescriber has sent it to the pharmacy. I never have to check in when I get there. There is always a long line to pickup but the the techs and pharmacists are fast. I have been a pharmacy tech for 20 years and this is the most organized chaos I’ve ever seen. Especially working for a chain pharmacy for over 15 years. I like that they are open until midnight for e.r prescriptions. You have to park on the side and push a button and talk to someone and they bring it out to you. I live in Stockton but come here because of how fast and competent they are! Great job staff! lots of people don’t understand what a hard job you have. Love this pharmacy!

My wife and I have had numerous times when we have had the doctors prescribed medication for shingles my wife had in her eye and have had to wait for days because they didn't have the medication there at the pharmacy. Wow eyes are so important. You would think they would carry medication like that in stock. I really question this place as far as total patient care. Not good. I hope and pray all is well for her sight as we sit and wait for the meds. They are totally liable if something goes sideways.
