Pretty nice, if you’re picking up precool to -10 before you arrive, if you deliver you get a lumper and they have the relay app to pay electronically. They were fast enough, especially for a warehouse! One thing, getting in those doors isn’t easy with the employee parking right where you need to do your manouvers, even moreso when you need that full 40 acres like me.

This is very worst warehouse ever I see I’m come at 11:30 am and my appointment at 12:pm and they say me to wait 1 hour and after that they will load it and after 2 hour they charge me lumper fee after they say now they will load it but they don’t I wait here almost 9 hours after that I will be loaded at 10:30 pm. I don’t know why they charge me lumper fees , I’m on my my time but I don’t know after that I will be wait for 9 hours after that they will load my trailer. This is very worst warehouse ever I see and my destination is very far it’s like in New York and they waste my full day after they will load in 1 hour you can see that this is just waste of time. I give them 1 star but if I have option I give them 00 stars and after that when I go for check out , paper work then there printing machine’s shut down not working and there I will be wait for 1+ hours . My experience is very bad in this warehouse and the stafff is also not friendly. Staff is also worst .

All the reviews are correct didn’t accept truck not early was told to come back can check In only 10 minutes prior. Took them 6 hours after the appointment time to load the truck. Your hours of service does not matter to them. So many other lineage facilities have improved soo much. Yet this one still set to 2020 lineage standards. Upper management refuses to read the reviews or address this issue.

Park inside facility. Go check in and if you are close to appt they'll put you in a door. Warehouse person will come out, open seal and supply gladhand lock. He will come out once you're done to remove lock. Wait for text message on your phone which will give you instructions on how much you owe and how to pay. Lumper is paid via phone now (has multiple options to pay including comchek,efs etc).
Once you have confirmation of pay and have receipt via email or text, go inside to grab your signed BOL.
If you park on the street you can get a ticket.
Doors not bad to get into. Usually only an hour to 2 to get unloaded and out of there.

WARNING! This place will demand you pay fees for everything... 5 minutes late? That's $200. If it is 102 degrees outside in the burning sun and your trailer is 5 degrees higher temp than they want... that's $200. Bring extortion money, this place will gladly take it.

Here is what happens here. They won't let you check in until 10 minutes before your appointment time. They tell you at that time to set your refer to -10 degrees and give you a door to back into. It is 102 degrees outside and they come out 30 minutes later expecting your trailer to be at the proper temp... when it of course isn't, they charge you the $200. It is extortion any way you look at it.

Another California s*h*, came here 12 pm for 2 pm appointment, they didn't let me check in until 1355, after that gave me a door, still sitting on the door for 1 and half hour to someone come out and check the temp and tell me to open the doors. Tight place, no order, complete example of poor management and lazy labor.

Decent unload time, but parking lot is a freaking joke. Incoming trucks can't park ANYWHERE except far east, or west side of lot. But their employees take up truck parking and have cones in others. Everyone wants their product but don't give a damn about how truckers will get it to them. Poor design, poor planning, fail by ownership here.
