Today I bought my second vehicle from Manteca Ford! I was in touch with my salesperson Johnny, who sold me my 2022 Bronco, the past few days and told him I was in the hunt for a 2024 Ranger Raptor. They happened to have the color I was looking for and we set an appointment for today. As I pulled up it was parked out front and detailed ready for a test drive. A quick run in the streets and on the freeway…I was sold. We went inside and talked numbers. Johnny, just like the last sale got me where I wanted to be. Again, excellent customer service, hassle free financing, this dealership is far above others! There’s a reason why I came back, driving the 100 miles! You know, out of all the car dealerships i've been to in my life.This is is that hands down the best. Michael is our sales guy and he was very knowledgeable and friendly.Hell, the whole staff was. They worked. Tirelessly to get me the best rates end payment. And they actually, do care here to the point.They told me a few tricks to do in a couple of months. They gave me a great deal on my trade in as well. And I never felt pressured to take a deal eather. I walked away with a fully loaded truck happy. And they didn't try and sell me any snake oil either, such as lifetime oil changes and all that other crap they actually despise all that shady car salesman stuff that you would normally find. I cannot recommend this place enough

The house valet service is great. They communicated very effectively and got my car back before end of day. Furthermore, they help me with an issue I was having at home. Preston and Allen send the mobile unit out in an expedited way and solved the issue fast.The guys at parts also were very helpful and got my parts in quick. This is the best customer experience I have EVER had at a Ford dealer! Keep it up

Johnny and Michael assisted us with 2 van purchases this year and we had an amazing experience. They both worked hard to locate the vans when all other dealers told us we would need to place and order and wait almost a year to have them arrive. It must have something to do with Johnny's 50+ years of experience af Ford! I would highly recommend going to see them for any new and used vehicles you may need!

Phil Waterford Ford and his son Brandyn really went above and beyond for me. I stopped in on my way to work hoping to look at buying something used that was more dependable than the car I was driving- 2017 Escape. I loved the car but I didn’t trust it anymore due to ongoing mechanical issues. I had to go to work so I figured I’d come back later to figure things out. To my surprise Brandyn called me, we worked out a great deal over the phone and he offered to bring the paperwork and my new 2022 Ford Escape to my workplace! That’s great service!!!!

Dealership has horrible customer service. Does not honor warranty. Bought a non-Ford through the dealership now have to pay another dealership to fix and service it even though we bought extended warranty. Their mechanic says they don’t know what’s wrong or can’t find any issues when the cars constantly losing oil and has oil spots everywhere. And constantly loses coolant. Now have to pay out-of-pocket for actual dealership to service and fix Even though we bought the car through this dealership and the extended warranty through them. Highly Would not recommend this dealership unless you have a bunch of money in time to waste.
