My experience has been satisfactory, I have found many great things for a reasonable price. Most of the household items are either $4.94 or $9.99 and some are worth every penny, although I wish they had other prices like $1.99, $2.99, etc. like other states do. Customer service is very nice, so l am glad they're here.

First time stopping by this goodwill in Manteca. Few things that upset me here. The girl working the register refused to sell me a doller tree item that had no price tag. She said at minimum it would be 4.75 I pointed out it said on the bottom it was from doller tree…. Like what the hell are we doing here this place is a crime. It was a dirty Santa that had red marker all over it lol the nerve of this worker though to be like I can’t sell it without a price and at minimum it would be 4.75 the way my jaw hit the floor. I am not the smartest with my money but I know when I am being scammed and this place is 100% a scam. Lastly it was a very grubby store. Dirty crap all over the floors shelves had items thrown all throughout them will be notifying corporate and sending the videos I took. Pretty disgusted with this experience.

Five times running they refuse to take things at the drop off, even brand new in box items!! Unbelievable! I had 8 bags of clothing to drop off and 2 boxed lamps band new, they didn't want the lamps, I took everything down the street to hope chest where they do care about what you drop off... I keep saying I won't go here, but it is so close to my home that I always try. Every time I get turned off or turned away... it's hard nowadays trying to be a good guy, take my advise, try the Hope Chest! Better drop off, better staff, better prices!

Evidently nothing is priced? Just colored stickers. There's no signs or charts explaining. Just a small sign saying "prices vary". Do you just make up prices at the register?

This goodwill like a couple of others is not what it used to be and that’s on the individual ownership that just can’t provide well priced and accepted donations. There’s much better ways to thrift and I can’t recommend this anymore.

store was really neat and clean. if you’re looking for baby clothes i definitely recommend coming here. i saw so many baby girl items that were under $4 a piece. everything is organized by color and staff was sure to ask me if everything was okay. would love to come back.

Was my first time coming to this store and I was with my little puppy and I was greeted by " I can't I have my puppy in only services dog" I told him I have and request for my dog papers and didn't haven't cause i was riding with my son in his car.
