Let me start by saying they are really nice folks here! Unfortunately, I brought in my watch for a battery change and they scratched the case up quite a bit. It isn't a very high end watch (fortunately) but it does have quite a bit of sentimental value to me. In all fairness this is primarily a jewelry store vs a repair place, but I would be very hesitant to bring my high end jewelry here for servicing based on the level of care and craftsmanship I experienced...

I had a wonderful experience with Kirklands.
They helped me find the exact thing I wanted and then helped me create it at an affordable price. And the timing was beyond exceptional.
My purchase was a Father’s Day gift for my husband which he actually got a little early thanks to their thoughtfulness. And YES, he loves it. ! I will be using Kirklands from now on .

I had a ring repaired and another one appraised. Kirkland’s was so helpful and explained everything I needed to know about my ring’s value and insurance needs. They also sent messages to my phone to let me know when my rings were ready for pickup. Will definitely use Kirkland’s again.
