Michele and her staff were great to work with. We have a small condo at Viewpoint and needed to update the carpet. Michele worked with me to find a great product that fit my budget, and I couldn't be happier with the final look. Since I couldn't be onsite due to COVID, she also went the extra mile to make sure her crew took care of some squeaks and issues with the subfloor. We love our new carpet and would definitely work with Michele again.

Salesperson and the appearance of the store were rough. There is clutter everywhere. It's difficult to navigate. They do have a decent selection of products. The salesperson did more talking at me and badmouthing competitors than figuring out my needs and wants.
