Organic cotton , natural indigo dye is all that matters, and on top of it, the fabric is extremely soft and well fitting. If you’re aware of the importance of organic, naturally dyed garments then you will appreciate this brand..

Nothing to do with the clothes, just the store. I’ve looked at their stuff online for years and was excited to check them out in person. Of course places like this are busy, but the response to questions like if the store has another size of/if they will restock an item felt a bit terse. I was just asking about a single jacket that I would have bought in my size. I did not enjoy my experience in the store.

Great quality, ethically focused, long lasting, loveable basics and beyond. We love all of our pieces from here - everything seems to get better with age. Sizes seem to run smaller than what I'm used to so it was nice to have a great staff member support me with trying on for fit. I'm usually an XS Men's and I was a Medium for the Alpaca Sweater but seemed to fit into a large for the Kung Fu Sweatshirt.

We couldn't find the price for t-shirts. No price markers on the tags. Vague prices that aren't easily seen. We got hit for 200.00 for 4 t-shirts. Came home and found three t-shirts. Not sure where the other shirt ended up. Argued the price and was told Venice is a tourist town and this is a great souvenir. Stay away, other shops with the same shirt at a cheaper price and no shenanigans.

It's difficult for a $50 t-shirt to live up to expectations, and IOAN exceeded those expectations. Not only are the shirts of exceptional quality, they are also wonderfully soft. The natural/unbleached cotton is a beautiful color, and the dark iron color is bold yet subdued. The fit is excellent, I am on the border of men's medium-large, and the large is a comfortable size, and is cut brilliantly. I'll be buying more shirts, and plan to purchase sweaters and jackets come this winter.

Although the clothes are lovely, they could do better with customer service. An attendant (with red colored lenses) was not aware of sizing, stock, or failed to let us know about how each indigo piece will look completely different form one another. After noticing this, his colleague decided to help us. Also my friend's phone 'mysteriously 'disappeared after being left on the counter store. They had no security footage to back themselves up. I will be returning my merchandise due to this unsatisfactory customer service experience.

Total scam! They charge up to $ 200 for a simple fruit of the loom shirt and a design they do with microsoft word. They sell it like it is a piece of art and that it is worth the price because of the licensing for the design. The print is cheap, the desgin is cheap, the shirt is cheap, the experience is cheap. Thank you but no thank you.
