Juan was amazing in helping me out when my truck had mechanical issue in mammoth and I had no way to get it back home, he came thru and had my truck towed 242 miles. Juan was very prompt and responded quickly and was totally willing last minute to help me out. Amazing service

"eagle eye" juan, from performance towing, saved the day. woke up this morning with a flat tire. called AAA and he showed up promptly to fill my tire with air to see if it would hold long enough to get me to the gas station for a patch. he then inspected it to see if there was any damage along the sidewall --when he noticed a very small nail. the gas station was able to patch it up. really grateful for juan, and his kindness and professionalism. 10/10 would recommend.

Juan is amazing! After five years in my van I finally got stuck more than I could handle on my own. I was back on the forest roads and Juan showed up super fast and made light work of my Promaster van pulling me out with ease. He even stayed and helped guide me down the steep road backwards until I was safe and back on familiar roads. Thank you Juan!! I will always recommend this company.

We were in Mammoth back in July for a family vacation and when we hit a deer in our brand new car, Juan and his team at Performance Auto-body came to the rescue. We live 350 miles away from Mammoth so we had to leave our car in his hands and he exceeded all of our expectations. Our car looks brand new and we are so pleased with how thorough he was with all the repairs. He was excellent with his communication all throughout the process and we would highly recommend his business to anyone who might need it. Thank you Juan!

Amazing tow company. Juan showed up in a timely matter and had the car on the way to the shop within minutes. Juan was very nice and professional. They had no issue towing my car all the way from Mammoth to Bishop.

Anyone who wrote a bad review on here doesn’t acknowledge that we live in a mountain town, and everything doesn’t revolve around you like it does back in LA.

Today I hit a deer on hwy 395. My car was damaged and part of the plastic splash under carriage was stuck under the driver front tire. AAA sent Juan from performance tow. He arrived quickly and got us back on road in a short time. Jaun is my hero, I never would have made it home to Sacramento without his kindness and skill.

This is the worst towing experience I ever had ever experience my whole life. My car ran out of battery in the snow. So we called AAA and ASKED for a towing. We asked AAA the status of the tech and the tech said that he called us and we hung up on him. Even though we did not receive any calls. Finally Juan Tapia arrives about 30 mins late in a jeep SUV and not a tow truck. Which what we requested for. The tech was very unprofessional and unknowledgeable and he destroyed my car. My car still had some battery when he came, after his attempt to fix it all of the sudden my car has no life. I couldn’t close my door anymore and it was snowing! He was getting mad at us because he couldn’t do his job properly. So we called AAA again and asked to send a different company. Unfortunately they’re sending the same company and technician again. The tech was suppose to arrive at 9:04. We tried calling him. He didn’t answer, nor did he show up. THINK ABOUT THIS were stuck in the freezing snow since 6:24am with no heater, but 2 open doors. What really got me very angry is that AAA agent said that he offered us to have a wood-slate and that we declined. Which he lied to AAA about he never offered anything. WHO WANTS TO BE IN A FREEZER FOR 4 hours? Don’t ever get services from this company it’s a shame to have these guys in mammoth. TERRIBLE.
