I just completed my second real estate transaction with Linda. The first time we worked together, she represented the seller when I purchased in Mammoth. Her professionalism, knowledge and interpersonal skills were absolutely essential to get that deal closed. And, now she has represented me and my wife in a purchase of land in town. Linda Pasley is by far the most efficient, experienced Realtor I have used. One of the things that I love about Linda is she is a local skier, always positive and always in a pleasant mood in person and on the phone. Linda has many strengths, solid experience, pleasant, great negotiator, knowledgeable and most importantly she truly seems to be with you as she cares and maximizes her efforts for the sale or purchase.
Oh! last thought, she also has an amazing handyman husbands. Highly Recommend.

We just purchased a home in Mammoth Lakes with Linda. It was all very serendipitous. We had long dreamed of living in the area but hadn't started a serious search. But, while visiting the area on vacation we found a house on Redfin that we were interested in, got connect with Mammoth Realty (Linda and Jeff) via Redfin, and then they were able to show us the house that day. She helped us through the entire process from there. This is our second home purchase but we pretty much forgot the details of how it all goes (offers, escrow, closing, etc). Having Linda guide us through the purchase was great. She was very knowledgeable and responsive to my texts, emails, and calls (we went through most of the process remotely while living in another area of the State). Would use her again if the opportunity ever comes up and would highly recommend Mammoth Realty Team.
