This was our first time at this establishment, so once we got our identification checked, we started firing questions at Ruby. She was GREAT! She was very patient and knowledgeable. We probably asked her the same thing several times, but she rolled with us and didn't make us feel stupid or like we were wasting her time. I can see why this location gets 4.9 stars.

My usual go to spot, went the other day and none of the girls that usually work there are there anymore? Inventory was lacking, usual helpful people were nowhere in sight, standoffish vibe from the dude working. Bummed that the whole vibe of the shop is so off these days, gonna have to find a new regular

I don’t come here much, but I don’t think RUBY was working there when I was there last time. Had a full on attitude. I asked her specifically for the cheapest concentrate . She guided me at the most expensive wax with no hesitation , and sneared at me when I asked her for a breakdown of different prices. Truly don’t feel like she enjoys her job and doesn’t deserve to work there. It’s a great shop. I’ve been here before don’t need the attitude. I know it’s not just me. I’m sure she has it with other people too.

So sad what's happened to this place. The shop is virtually empty and the amazing girls that worked there are all gone.
Under a new management who is rude and offputting.
My friends and I (who have been coming for years) will not be returning.

I'm thrilled I decided to visit this place. Amy's service was outstanding. In just a few minutes of talking, I found out she's the PM, and she's excelling in her role. The floor was impressively stocked with a wide range of great brands and products.

This place rocks , most friendly and knowledgeable staff around . Great place to come and selection is the best I have ever seen . Amy, Danny and Rich are the best . Even the security has a gnarly car sometimes I come here just for a quick preroll and to check out the car inspires me to build a car one day . Hopefully this place does well and stays for a long time the vibe here is great .
