Unacceptable Behavior from Owners

My recent interaction with the owners of
[9026-Eyes] . All I wanted was to inquire about purchasing glasses online from their store, but instead, I was met with hostility and rudeness.

When I asked about online purchasing options, the owners became extremely rude and dismissive. They seemed annoyed by my simple question and made me feel like I was inconveniencing them by even asking.

As a customer, I expect basic courtesy and professionalism, especially when inquiring about their products. The owners' behavior was completely uncalled for and unacceptable.

Needless to say, I will be taking my business elsewhere. No one deserves to be treated with such disrespect simply for asking a question.

By the way the lady that was working there incredibly helpful and nice.

Shopping here is a fun experience. Ari Rose is a blast to talk to, no-pressure vibe. Excited to tell you about all the details of the various brands. Learned a lot about the premium sunglass industry. Found the perfect pair 😎

Great selection of Chrome Hearts and Cartier, including some scarce limited edition pieces. You know it’s a great shop when it’s getting an allocation of 3 on a 50 limited piece.

Steve and Jen are the best- they not only care but actually have a great eye for what truly suits your face and give you an honest opinion. It was an absolute delight to do business with them.
