Basic Experience: Lots of parking, reasonable hours, clean establishment, professional staff.
Individual Experience: Jamal was able to fix a "simple" problem that none of the reddit threads, phone support, or googling could solve. He never made me feel stupid or a waste of time while helping me with a problem that wouldn't up his commission. Jamal went right into all troubleshooting knowledge and fixed my phone.

I went to redeem my free tumbler at this store. After waiting 10 minutes ,a worker who start asking who was next ,saw me rising my hand letting him now that I’m next ,immediately he start helping ‘others’ ,by this he skip me 4 times . I called the costumer service line and the agent put me on the phone with some manager name ‘Giovanni’ he just basically gave me ‘child ‘ reasons saying that they are trying to help as many people as they can ,okay ! Why the guy didn’t help me first ?
I should stay with Verizon ;I was looking a solution with T-mobile but looks like I found a problem ,because every time I contact somebody or need some assistance,I just being put in second place or even 4th at this point . Can’t wait to go to the store and return my new iPhone and cancel the new plan Go next I have . So disappointed…

The reception service was great. They asked me what brought me there and told me that I’ll be called once they help one more person. My initial issue wasn’t solved because they had to call a general customer service line what took a while. Of course, I couldn’t wait more than 30 minutes so I left with nothing.

The same day I visited TMobile branch in Santa Monica, where they used a dedicated internal phone to call to support. It took less than 5 minutes to solve my issue.

The longer I have been with TMobile, the worse the coverage/ reception has been no matter where I am, the customer service USE TO BE GOOD, but now you can on being on hold for no less then 30 mins. before you are able to actual talk to someone in customer support~ and then they all read from a script, sweat they'll do whatever you want to make you happy, but rarely do they actually follow through! So then you have 5o call back again!
