Best customer service I’ve ever experienced in a clothing boutique, hands down. They know what will look good on me even better than I do, and they can always find my size. I can’t go in here as often as I’d like because every time I make too many amazing purchases!

Always love coming in Fifth Street to shop - the only problem is how much I end up buying undoubtedly due to the amazing customer service as well as the quality, and variety, of beautiful clothes! The service is really unique, very attentive and very helpful - although I usually like to do my own thing while shopping, here I have found that I'd really be missing out if I didn't let the ladies (they're all amazing) help me. This is next level service, more of a personal shopping experience that seeing what catches your eye. I appreciate the professionalism of all of ladies - they get to know their customers quickly. I highly recommend stopping by this Chico gem!

I absolutely love this store. I’m 33 years old and I’ve found fashionable and elegant clothing that has become staples in my closet for years not just seasons. Trust me, women of all ages can find something beautiful in this store and I can guarantee you’re going to get full service. If you want it, the ladies will be your personal stylists and help you until you find the perfect pieces for you. I live in Marin and drive to Chico at least 3 times a year just for the fun experience! (And then I head to Jon and Bons next door 😉

I’ve been here many years ago and I bought a beautiful wine colored brushed suede outfit, skirt and tailored top. They let me mail in payments each month til paid. Then they mailed me the outfit no charge. I was living in Medford, Oregon then. The two ladies that helped my sister and I were very nice.

This was my first time shopping at 5th Street Clothing Co. what a truly wonderful experience I had. Both of the ladies found me the most perfect dress for the occasion. Pushy sales staff. Women that own/work there...tacky , zero idea what quality fashion is . If you watch their commercial, you'll understand how dated and clueless these women are about fashion or style. Skip this place!!!!!
