Debbie saved my son’s wedding day! I bought a gown at another shop months earlier, picked it up 2 weeks before the wedding and …. it just wasn’t me. I was so stressed! Ten days before the wedding, I found a beautiful Jovani gown on Mia Bella and rush ordered it. Knowing my timing was tight, Debbie called me over the weekend to get my measurements, and advised me to get a smaller size. Two days later the most beautiful dress showed up at my house. The size was perfect and the dress needed only minor tailoring. Honestly Debbie was awesome! If you are worried about buying a gown online, but from Mia Bella. Debbie (who was 3,000 miles away) took better care of me than my local bridal shop. THANK YOU SO MUCH DEBBIE! I’ll send you a picture after the wedding! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five stars for Mia Bella!

With the help of the friendly staff, my daughter tried on several beautiful formal dresses. She found the one she loved and they showed her the colors in her size to choose from. We ordered it and it arrived in time to be tailored. The overall experience was wonderful and we are very grateful.

After a nightmare experience with a local dress shop in Maryland, my daughter was set on this dress for her Sweet 16 party. The local dress shop waited 3 weeks after we ordered to tell us it was back ordered and wouldn’t be here in time for her party. We needed the dress within a week, and it was sold out or backordered in gold. This boutique came through. Dress is beautiful, shipping was fast!!! Thank you! Saved my daughter’s sweet 16 party.

I ordered a dress that never got to me (UPS kept it and I was unable to receive it despite multiple attempts). When I contacted the company for a refund they said the brand is non refundable and it is now after my event date so I lost all the money and did not even get a dress...Feels like scam to me - I would give them 0 stars if I could. Will never buy from them again.

I ordered a dress for my daughters birthday party ..I originally called before ordering to make sure it was in stock and i was told it was and would after i ordered it and that it should get to me in 5-7 days. I ordered it April th30. I emailed a couple of days later to make sure the ordered went through and would be shipped and I was told the dress is being ordered from designer, which I was confused by because I was told it was in stock at the store when I called (the website showed it was in-stock at the store as well)
I called the store multiples times with no answer or calls back after leaving voicemails..I then emailed 3 more times May8 the 10th 14th with no emails back. I also called again and spoke to someone and i told them I wasn’t getting any response back to my emails or phone calls . Finally someone answered I was told that most employees there don’t work full-time so it’s just one person that checks emails and they would look into the order. ..then I got a call saying the warehouse lost my order…they would ship it asap i finally received it May20th so now I’m struggling to find someone to do alterations on my daughter dress before the party I ordered in advance so i wouldn’t have this issue. There so much lack of customer service which is ridiculous I ordered 438$ dress and i was left wondering if this place ever even sending it because for so long i was left unsure with no responses. The dress came with a small pull in it and the threading in one area is messed up as well. i definitely wouldn’t order from this store again especially after reading reviews.

Definitely recommend this place for any formal occasion. I love the fact that they require signature for delivery, or the option to pick up at a local delivery hub in the event delivery is missed and with no long delay. The dress was absolutely stunning, perfect fit! Will be using this place for future events.
