I have been visiting this Pinkberry location for years. I have always been greeted and treated like a valued customer until last night. My wife and I stopped by around 9:30pm on 6/2/18 to get our fix and gal that served us was the most uninterested customer service person I have ever encountered. Her attitude from the start was as if we were imposing on her just being there, then she haphazardly threw the toppings on top, missing the container and the chocolate just oozed down the side of the contsiner. Doesn't wipe it up, just turns it and makes a bigger mess. Had to put our own to-go tops on(whatever, no biggie) then she flung the bag on the counter and let my wife bag it up. As she grabbed my card to pay, I asked if I could put in my member number, she swiped it and told me it was too late. I know this is a fro-yo joint, but have a little pride in your job. This girl just couldn't be bothered.

This Pinkberry has been here for ages, and they’ve remained a great spot to get some healthy frozen yogurt. Costs about $6 for a small yogurt with a couple toppings. They’re not self serve and never will be.

Perfectly cut fruit, super tiny pieces so that you can get a variety and each bite can taste a little different. You can get all sorts of chocolate toppings, coconut flakes, sprinkles and nuts.

They carry seasonal flavors, like pumpkin during the fall, of course.

I tried Pinkberry for the first time here! I had been wanting to try it, and it did not disappoint. I only had the tart (the only froyo flavor I like). It was refreshing and not sweet. Most importantly, it was not creamy, unlike Yogurtland.

The customer service was great, and the guy behind the counter even gave me a few samples after I told him it was my first time there.
I tried the chocolate, that one is very different from.tbe plain tart. It is creamy.

Went to pinkberry for the first time. Service was excellent, with very friendly staff behind the counter. They let us sample the flavors before we chose which we wanted. Fruit was all fresh and counters very clean. Would definitely recommend!

love coming here once and a while and treating myself. low calorie count and the mango just fruit is incredible with the original. staff is really nice and the outdoor seating has nice ambience (classical music playing, spacious, pretty tables, etc). definitely recommend this place

The employee offered no customer service. He couldn’t describe the flavor of their “original” and didn’t offer a sample. Servings were uneven and he was annoyed by the requests for toppings. Won’t be back.
