I would not recommend this place to purchase a new or used vehicle. I had looked at this place because the prices on the cars were very reasonable. When arriving for my appointment time, I was given to a different sales person instead of the person I was scheduled for. That was fine I guess. Then after test driving a car I liked, I asked if we could discuss pricing, hoping they would be able to work with me a little on the price as the car I was interested in was more damaged than what was shown in the pictures. After the sales person talked with their manager, they came back and the price went up 7 grand more than what the listed price was. I was so shocked I couldn't help but immediately say no this is crazy why are you trying to charge for ceramic coating and lojack. They demanded that it was already installed on the car and they can't just scrape it off. I said I'm not paying extra for something you are saying you installed on this car and was never in the listing. Also, it is auto fraud if a dealership MAKES you pay for those extra "accessories " and refuses to take it off the contract. I wasn't asking for a huge discount on the listed price, but I am also no fool to pay extra for unnecessary things. Please customers be aware, you DO NOT have to pay extra fees for things you did not want on the car and don't let any dealership tell you otherwise. Shame on this company for trying to take advantage of people.

I was in the market for a new truck and after considering a Ford Maverick I realized the truck pricing is Sky high right now. I've been in the business and know how it works, so I went to Madera Auto Center/Madera Toyota with low expectations. Isabel did a great job on my behalf during the negotiations and after we came to an agreement Tony in finance was great. Neither of them were pushy and I felt comfortable during the entire process. I definitely recommend this dealership and the sales team!!

On Saturday, January 11, 2025, I had a deeply frustrating experience at Madera Toyota. I had arranged with one of their salespeople, Liz Galindo, to test drive and purchase a Toyota Tacoma. I even drove three hours from the Central Coast to Madera for this purpose, only to discover that the vehicle had been sold without prior notification despite having a confirmed appointment to purchase it.

When I brought this issue up with the Sales Manager, Tyler Duffin, his response was shockingly dismissive and unprofessional. Without apologizing or acknowledging the inconvenience, he bluntly stated, "Yeah, we sold it," offering no explanation or consideration. This was after I showed him the text messages confirming my arrangements with Liz.

This experience was a complete waste of time and money, not to mention the lack of respect shown throughout the ordeal. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. If you're considering Madera Toyota, proceed with caution—or better yet, look elsewhere.

I just bought a truck this Saturday notice once I got home one of my tail lights bubs were out. I called first thing Sunday morning when they opened explained it was told call service Monday morning they would take care of me. That following evening my sales associate who sold me the truck reached to check in I explained what happened again was told the same thing service would take care of me. Fast forward Monday I call make appointment for today Tuesday no problem. Now it’s Tuesday they email that they canceled my appointment, I call and explain what happened and now I get told that I talked to a 3 party when I called their store and that who’s pay for the bulbs to get fixed and I have make a new appointment. I explained to them again I was told service would take care of it, for service to tell me I need to wait for someone in sales to reach out which could take couple weeks. The sales staff was great but service wasn’t you would think how much I spent in buy a truck from them they would take care of it. Definitely not going back again when I need to purchase another vehicle.
