LAX, Terminal B, Delta. They have cute gifts. But you have to use self-checkout kiosks only, although there was a person there to assist. It was fun to browse during our layover.

Terminal 5 near 23A gate, the female cashier name starts with K, working around 4:30 pm on 24 May needs to be retrained on providing good customer service. Open your mouth and greet your customers and without a funky attitude. Even if you are having a bad day understand we are all living in this world together so either check yourself at the door or call out until you remember you once asked for this job.

I went there to get a pillow and blanket for my trip. I had a cold and I wanted to know how much the NyQuil was so a asked a lady name Inari/Imari (something like that), and she glanced over at me then looked away while she walked to the back and just said "I don't know." And walked away from me. She was rude and unprofessional. If she doesn't like her job she can give it to someone else who will actually appreciate it. Was she hired out of desperation or something? Terrible service. The only reason I continued my order there was cause the other lady was kind and answered my question. Otherwise I wouldve just left. 2 stars, one for the chick who helped me and 1 for the selection. 0 stars for Imari.
