While visiting beautiful Big Bear Lake, we stopped inside Scenic Gifts to purchase souvenirs. I bought a hydro flask water bottle. It wasn't until I returned home I noticed that the bottle was defective / damaged. I called a couple times and left messages, and no one ever returned my call. I called again and spoke with a lady who told me that the mananager would give me a call. That never happened, so I called back to follow up, and the same lady tells me with a lot of attitude, that there's evacuation all over Big Bear and people are threatened by a fire, and I have the nerve to call them about a water bottle, then hung up in my face. Need I say more.

Amazing store and prices.
They have two amazing person Marie and Dalia I think so .
I was walking around to finding an special t-shirt and they offer to make the t-shirt with the designer that I wanted.
Very kinds they game me a lot of options and I choose it. In 3 minutes was ready!!!!!

One of my favorite place to visit when I come to Big Bear Lake. It’s about 5 miles from the Airbnb house I rent so I and my family drove to Big Bear Lake Village to look for some food. It’s December when we came but it was too hot to have snow. However, it was cold at night time. This village has many souvenirs shop for us to explore. It was fun to walk around this area at night.

And don’t forget to get a cup of hot chocolate. It will warm up your body. There are some fire pits on the way.

I come for the soaps, the pleasantries are extra. You can find some of the coolest souvenirs here. From snow globes to pocket knives. Nic-nacs and toys and they also have Beanies...

This is of course a biased view..... I grew up in Big Bear. I love this place, the locals are friendly, the reatraunts are good, the lodging is reasonable and nice. For those looking to ski....Snow Summit and Bear Mountain are great locations.

Amazing and stunning place just a bit upper than los Angeles. In Christmas is a wonderful place. Enjoy shopping, food, kindness. $$. Very romantic and also perfect for the family. You will fill your camera roll, believe me.
