I had a quick overnight stay here before venturing into Yosemite. It's only an hour to Yosemite Valley via Highway 140, and the route seemed a lot less crowded than the southern entrance from Oakhurst.||The hotel is pretty simple, but my room was clean and comfortable. It had all the standard amenities, including microwave and mini-fridge. This was one of the cheaper options in town, and I'd be happy to stay again.

Lovely room. Excellent price. Almost full on the 2 nights we were there, so obviously doing something right. Saw people that we'd seen in Yosemite. Nice and quiet, parking behind the building. Nice girl checked us in and recommended a restaurant for some ribs. Nice lad did the morning shift. We only saw him when he was filling the bagels that the whole place was trying to toast.

TV reception is bad, carpeting needs to be replaced, breakfast is bagels and cereal. No cream cheese the second day. No OJ anyday. Overall subpar. I would not recommend. About an hour and 5 drive to Yosemite. On the plus side The water pressure in the shower was fantastic.

Positive: we were greeted by the front desk. very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable it was all we needed for our two day stay. Negative: housekeeping didn't speak English hard to communicate. Breakfast bar needed more items we were their at 6:15 only offered muffins, cereal, yogurt and fruit and for the price of the stay you think they would offer more.

Needed accomodation for the same night, and found an affordable room here.

Girl at the reception was the banger! ( forgot her name but had pink hair at the time). Super helpful and funny! Grabbed us some toothbrushes and toothpaste as we didn’t bring anything for the unexpected stay!

Breakfast was included but pretty plain as expected from continental breakfast but ey it was included so can’t complain! Location was great. On the Main Street of the small town, few minutes away from bars and restaurants. City of Mariposa is a good half way point to Yosemite park but that’s pretty much it in regards to location.

Room was pretty basic, some dirt stains on the old carpet but oh wells. Bed and bathroom seemed clean enough and we slept well. Price definitely fair for the service you get!

The room was very clean. It has been updated. The only downside is that it was on the 2nd floor and stairs were steep. We had been traveling for a long time and bags were very heavy and it was difficult to get them up there. We suggest that when they offer selection of rooms that it clearly states the if the room is on a second story when there isn't an elevator. Would have been great if the pool had been open. It was hot that day! Would stay again.

Great hotel. Right in the centre of town so you can walk to some good restaurants. Breakfast was great before a day of hiking. It is about an hour drive from Yosemite valley but we didn’t mind because we wanted to stay in a town with restaurants & pubs & grocery store. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were good, we didn’t need 2 queen beds but it ended up coming in handy haha. The pool was great. The fridge was very handy. The worst thing was no hooks to hang towels!! Please put some on the door. Thanks! We would stay again

We reserved 3 rooms, and of my family enjoyed our stay. The rooms are outdated but homey and clean. And the staff is kind. Simple breakfast like bagels, muffins, fruit, coffee, juice, but no proteins like eggs or sausage. Also in a great location close to Yosemite
