Andrew's boutique is hands down. One of the best smoke shops in Los Angeles County. That's the whole county. They have a great variety of stuff ranging from your basic bong to the most high-end and current in the heady glass community and John is an expert and knows exactly what to bring in to appease both communities ,while meeting price points for both budges. Next time you're in Chinatown, take your opportunity and stop in to Angie's!!!

The place is great and the guy (I believe it's the owner) is very helpful. Just tell him what you need and your budget. The Asian lady assistance is a little difficult to communicate. But she did a great job packing my buy.

DO NOT BUY PUFFCO PRODUCTS FROM HERE! They are an unauthorized retailer and therefore puffco will NOT warranty any products bought from here (see attached picture of puffco support denying my claim). They will screw you by sell you $500+ of puffco stuff with a smile on their face meanwhile it all has no warranty. Just buy from puffco themselves or an authorized store.

You just cannot find customer service like this anymore. I had multiple issues using a CAD credit card online and they just continued to follow up and provide outstanding customer service. I wish more companies cared about their customers the AB does. This is my second PuffCo purchase and their prices are literally the best online. Everyone will be getting Puffco for Christmas this year ... Can't wait for my next order!

Bought the same exact item today a year ago here. Needed a replacement .. well it was 30$ more than it was. And its price online was what I paid for LAST time ….but not this round disappointed because I’ve came to this shop for 10+ years. Since when is your online price not the same in store. & they also never answer the phone it’s always been like that so I don’t know why they have it posted to call. - also if you buy ANY PUFFCO HERE you will NOT be able to get it fixxed if anything is wrong with battery etc they will not accept it unfortunately. Just a heads up!

I was able to get the cigarette flavor that I asked for, but not the brand of longs/100s. Eggregiously (!!!) They charged me double ($20) that which I pay at my favorite smoke shop in Pasadena (Lake Ave & Washington St) for a MUCH BETTER PRODUCT. The middle aged man (an Asian whom I believe to be the owner) rudely made me wait ~10 minutes while he chatted casually on the phone before he acknowledged me. There was no one else in the store. It's a Thumbs Down for AMC.
