The customer boots I ordered are perfect. The fit perfectly, are sturdy and very well made. I have a very hard to fit calf to ankle ratio and have had many pairs of custom boots made over the years by several different companies and these are the first I've ordered from nativearth and first I've ever had that do not bunch at the ankle or slip and pinch uncomfortably. They have proper reinforcement where needed and look great.

My husband and I both bought boots from Nativearth at Estrella War probably 5 or 6 years ago or so. His are tall, 8 button I think, and mine are 2 button. His we're custom made for his hard to fit feet. We both got vibram soles. The boots are comfortable and durable. I would highly recommend them.

Bought a pair of boots and within a month two button had broken the same way due to the soldering failing and instead of this company trying to help out they want AND will charge customers for the repairs. Personally posted a review on their Facebook page reflecting my experience and deleted it after two days with no responsense or acknowledgement. Now in stead of communicating after calling them out on the lack of communication they would rather block a person on facebook or ignore the emails.
