Heather and Katelyn have been wonderful to work with. Heather helped us find a wonderful place, and Katelyn does an excellent job bringing lots of experience to the vacation rental side of things. They have a broad Network of local trusted service providers for the improvement, and maintenance of their properties. They also do a great job helping new vacation rental owners through the hurtles of permit compliance and help to get their places listed quickly. I highly recommend classic property management based on my experience on both sides of their services.

I was referred to Heather Thomas by another landlord and lifetime resident of the community. Heather responded to my inquiry immediately, as she has with each communication. I interviewed other property managers, but Heather was the most professionally prepared and experienced. She also gave me tips to improve my property, which were cost-effective and had very good results. Heather had a large list of qualified tenants, and matched an A-plus tenant with my property. I found Heather Thomas to be honest and able to fairly negotiate for both landlord and tenant, which prevents problems. Heather also has a list of dependable tradesman, which I appreciate. Instead of dreading that call from my property manager, I know that Heather Thomas is calling with a solution, and not just a problem. Does not provide oversight of your property, poor screening of tenants, numerous and repetitive accounting errors, changed physical address without informing property owners or tenants, offensive, insulting and disrespectful of property owners, a big waste of money, better off managing my property long distance myself.
