This place is a scam. Do not buy from here. Not only do they sell fake products, but many of which are not even functional, and they do not care! No refunds by the way ?
Take your money elsewhere and do not jeopardize your health here. Who knows how
many pesticides and unknown chemicals are in their products. This place should actually be shut down and the owners arrested. What they are selling is ILLEGAL. Jester juice does not even make 2 gram disposables. These criminals also stole my credit card information and tried to charge me extra after confronting them and writing this review. Do ridgecrest a favor and get these people shut down. Terrible service and even worse people.

I come here often, I won’t be going back anymore. I’ll let my friends know too. I just bought a new glass and I noticed it was broken in the car. I immediately went back into the store and asked if i could do an even exchange and the man was very rude. He started repeatedly saying “you broke that yourself” He wouldn’t let me explain anything. I walked out because it was very obvious he wasn’t going to help. The customer service is a joke. They don’t care about their regular customers.

I've never written one of these before, I think.
I just had the most outrageous experience though that I've ever had with a retailer short of the time that my 4-year-old thought it was cute to rip off all of the tags of the beanie babies in the Hallmark store. The person who handled my purchase earlier today for a bottle of vape juice, milk of poppy, was fabulous. She was helpful sweet and courteous. However the person who picked up the phone tonight at 9:40 when I called to, mainly as a FYI, and not even to make a big stink about it like he did, that the seal on bottle vape juice I purchased was previously opened and quite apparently used already to some small degree. But Mr. Personality interrupted before I could even finish my sentence saying, "No, no, no, that didn't happen"!

Reality check: Am I really going to call, waste my time, and come up with some lie for a freaking bottle $18 bottle of vape juice? What would be my motivation?

I got the feeling from him though he was going to argue even if I called to say what a great job his clerk did earlier today so obviously never going back there...
Since your business is doing so fabulous, you could be as rude and disgusting to your customers as you want to be and not listen to what they have to say, let me just say, now because you can't interrupt again...
That you can take your $18 of used vape juiceband stick it you know where. Too bad $18 is worth more to you than the at least $400 I spend on vape mods each year.
You might want to start acting like you're in the customer service arena, oh wait that's right you are. Apparently the customer service portion is and all that important to you. Good luck with that

Been dealing with these two brothers since they owned the gas station by my house. Great selection of vapes, vape juices and glassware. They can be a little stubborn sometimes, but so can I. It all works out. I recommend Puff n Stuff for all your vaping needs.

The workers are very rude there. They don't care about their customers very much. They sold me a touch that didn't work. When I took it back the same day they would not let me exchange it.

Frank, the owner of the shop is an awesome friendly guy and he has some of the best prices on tobacco and accessories I have seen at any shop in the Ridgecrest area. I drive out to his shop from Inyokern, because of his great prices! 🙂 - Donny
