Universal Thread jeans from Target across the way marked at $32. SHEIN jeans marked at $18. The worst part was the customer service. The girls working gossiped about other customers that called in and about their co workers loudly. Bare minimum customer service seemed forced and they are annoyed by basic questions. I’m not sure why they are advertising reviews for store credit when the customer service is lacking.

Ever since this place changed ownership, prices got higher, buyback got lower, the customer service is snobby, off putting and generally not welcoming. The points rewards are considerably less as well. I used to love shopping here but now I get disappointed every time. It’s not worth a visit, you can find same stuff at goodwill and Salvation Army…

Edit: I may have been a bit harsh regarding the employees. Generally speaking they’re fine. One or two may be a bit off putting but overall I don’t have proof of rudeness, it’s just an uncomfortable feeling I get when I’m there.

In response to owner’s response; no, I’m sorry there’s nothing much you can do to entice me back into your store. You have lots of new shoppers, and plenty of good reviews so I don’t doubt you will be successful. My gripe comes from knowing how much I used to like it and now I just don’t even enjoy going in there; like I get kinda mad. Your girls are friendly enough and I don’t have any examples of rudeness or wrong-doing, like I said, they are textbook employees. I just don’t feel happy when I’m there and when I leave with a bag of clothes I don’t feel excited or fulfilled.

Came in to drop off some items and ended up staying to shop! Lol the two girls helping me were super friendly and helpful especially towards my son!! ( Ailani and Yaretzi) they made my shopping experience super easy! Love the deals too!!

honestly, I came here a couple times took my clothes here. It’s OK. today I took a big bag of clothes and I’m pretty sure this girl working there was new she never called me to come pick up my clothes. I had to go there after three hours of having my clothes there she took more than 10 pairs of my clothes and only gave me $34. when I come home, I realize some of my pants are missing and I went through the clothes that she bought from me and they weren’t in there and I looked in my bag that she said no too and they weren’t in there so now I’m thinking if she took any of my other clothes that she did not give me money for honestly I’m probably not gonna come here again. I’m gonna call this store tomorrow in the morning because they’re closed but now I know there’s thieves at that store.

Came in to try on some pants that were on hold for me. I know sometimes it’s better to call so I know for sure I can get the items put on hold for me faster. The girls I talked to were Ailani & Kat and they were very friendly. I don’t come in as often as I used to , but when I do have the time to come in I’ve had pleasant experiences.

I recently lost enough weight to drop 3 sizes and hoped to sell some stuff that didn’t fit and replace a few things in my new sizes.. They accepted almost a full storage tote of items.. and offered me under 40 dollars lol. I will be taking to
Plato’s instead! I really hoped this would be comparable since it’s closer, but waiting until next time I’m in Roseville will be worth the drive.

Went in to sell my nicer clothing. Had a lot of good brands such as pink and Nike shoes they passed on all but two items and only offered me $5!!! What a waste of time should offer alittle more for the clothing we’re bringing in! I’m not expecting alot back cause they are lightly used cloths but $5 for two items one of them being jeans!?!?
