The rude employee is named Sam. Likes to profile people and expects people to shop at his pace I imagine based on a theft problem in the area... regardless being rude to customers because of a "worry" isn't okay. Keep a better watch, invest in cameras, and take whatever measures you can to deal with the problem. Allowing your worry or emotions to effect customers is very unprofessional. Plus their prices are higher than the next 3 closest places... for just about everything.
