Attempted on numerous occasions to contact the facility by phone. Rings rings rings no answer. Also the GSA Store Portal associated to Camp Pendleton does not provided inventory at all so those attempting to place a servmart order are unable to provided the SKU's and product prices to insure accuracy for requested orders.
Will be advising the command this is not valuable in supporting the mission.

Alfredo was on the other side of the facility, greeted me from afar, and met me at the entrance to offer his help in both MSA and LCI. It was 1450, and ServMart takes their last calls at 1500. Instead of having me wait in line to check out a scanner, he got one for me and brought me to each item I requested. I left ServMart before I needed to be at the register at 1500. I am a visual learner, so I am delighted that Alfredo walked me through my first experience with the scanner. It felt like I was a valued customer throughout the entire visit, too. Next time I come, I am confident that I can easily find what I am looking for because Alfredo practically gave me a tour. Thank you for being polite, professional, and friendly Alfredo. You're the best!

Products are criminally overpriced , staff are helpful but when a $100 table is being sold for $500 +, the employee performance is irrelevant. If congress could see these prices investigations would be started.
