Rude Asian associate in her 40s. They had the dressing rooms closed for us and didn’t want to open them. Then they told us we could try it over our clothes in front of everyone. Then, the same lady putting away stuff was shoving a shoes around and almost hit my mom with a hanger. Very rude staffs. Was getting ready to buy a few things better never coming back if she’s still working here. When I told her she almost hit my mom with the hanger, she didn’t bother to apologize. She just said, she knew.

The older chinese lady had TERRIBLE!!! customer service. She is very rude to people especially kids. When I paid I asked her what the price was she gave me a very rude response she said "six fifty ninnnneeee" dragged it out in a rude tone of voice, she also snatched card and when she gave it back she SLAMMED IT on the table and rolled her eyes at me. Never going here again..

Cute clothing,great prices but just don’t think someone will help you as the staff is never only the floor and only behind the register they also don’t talk much to you when you ask questions but they all seem very young with a few older people there. Still a good shopping experience as it’s a great selection of items and good deals

I mean not going to lie, they do have fashionable and trendy clothes for cheap and they have a lot of variety. However, some of the racks were not well organized and some of the clothes are on the floor and have been stepped on and are dirty. The cashier looked really depressed, she wasn’t rude or anything but she made it seemed like the environment she is in is just terrible( I honestly felt sad/sorry for her to be honest...I know how it feels to work in retail too or maybe she is just having bad day?). I also find it weird that they don’r do returns. The purse that I bought seemed fairly durable, functional as well as fashionable. Just make sure to inspect each item you buy very very carefully before paying.

I went in yesterday hopeful to find a dress but instead I left in tears, I was with my children so like typical kids they like to play around inside the store. I happened to look away for a second and I noticed an older Chinese lady standing in front of my kids, and she verbally yelled at them not to play in the store she yelled at them no running in the store with her big eyes turns out she’s the owner. I calmly told her no to ever yell at my kids. Beware she walks around looking at your every move mind you my kids were not running around at all. My kids were very scared. Beware of this place especially the owner. The employees look terrified

Horrible service. They police dressing rooms. We can't even hand clothing for the person in the changing room to be able to try on. And the employee wouldn't either. Whoever is in the fitting room has to change back into their clothes and come get article of clothing themselves. What is she getting paid for then? Bad business. 👎

Disappointed in their customer service. Nice clothes but the service let me down. I asked a cashier to put 5 items on hold for me for a few hrs. She said no problem, even got my name down. When I come back ready to pay my items are gone! The manager just says "oh she forgot" really no apology, no sense of care in any way.... Terrible customer service! All she did was shrug her shoulders and keep repeating "oh the other girl must of forgot" ..... 👎🏼 at least pretend you care about your customers smh! (Disappointing)

Tried to exchange a jacket with tag still attached and store bag. I did not have the receipt. Same price on the tag as item in the store. Cashier lady tried.. but store manager or owner more concerned about the sku then helping. Don't say sorry if you dont mean it. Just say NO I won't help you
