Rude employees, made a huge deal about some painted turtle with glued on legs that broke. Will make you pay for the broken item, and if it’s under $5, they don’t take card. Asked me if I wanted a bag for the broken item and I said no. If they’re hurting that bad on money, they should just close their lousy shop. There’s plenty of shops on this pier that have nicer things and nicer employees. I hope my $3 paid your electricity bill.

The girl at the cash register was great! Very helpful when I asked about sizes. Also, the sweatshirt I bought was $30 cheaper than the boardwalk shops so if you're looking for souvenirs...

Immediately became my favorite gift shop in Santa Cruz, had the exact perfect array of beachy chotchkies I was looking for! Great selection of shells, starfish, jewelry, and the various bits & baubles I hunt for as souvenirs. Lady who rang me up was also very nice and wrapped my stuff super well, I really appreciated it.
