if you want to find the best tasting Carnitas around Kern County this is the spot very affordable price and great food you won't regret

1 star honestly disappointed used to be good but they lost their touch and also the carnitas are at least a day old and were heated in a microwave carnitas are super dry drove 1hr for them, also do I recommend nope unless you like dry carnitas paid alot of money for them to be microwaved. We can tell they are a day old because of flavor you can taste the day old lard. Asked for surtido with cuerito and not one piece was found also. I wouldn't waste our money or time to take the drive.

We bought 2 pounds of Carnitas with queritos and buche...my boyfriend and I got sick. Somehow it just isn't the same recipe as before. We have been throwing up and have stomach pains. I heard that the original owners are not there anymore. This used to be the best place to get Carnitas.
