The place have lot of collection. Service was cool. But only on thing we missed fitting room because I am 1st time in ck I don’t know proper size if it not fit we will back here . The have coupons also ..

As soon as we walked into store we were judged and followed by cashiers the Male that approached us was very diligent watching us before asking us if we needed help. As we browse in the underwear area we heard the sirens go off from entrance door. When we looked out a male had run away stealing items from store and the two cashiers where just standing at door. Not coming back neither recommending store very disappointed.

I just have to share the fantastic customer service that I received from a young man that works at the Tulare store, Tyler. He honestly looks like Jonny Bravo!! Lol anyway, He had such a positive attitude and you can see the smile on his face behind his mask. I’ve shopped here for a long time now and I can’t say I have received such kind treatment from other employees. He stands out and made my shopping experience great! Not what us Boomers are used to experiencing from this young generation. If you read this Tyler, thank you!! You’re going places. Keep it up!!

This place is very small. Not much of a selection very little bags, wallets, and underwear. Staff is not so friendly. Save yourself the trouble and go to the one at the Tejon outlets. Much larger and better selection including bags, belts, and wallets.
