Fourth time I get cashier Christina and same thing happened she gives you the wrong total. This time I said something and she got mad at me and said I should pay attention and that her job is not to tell me my total! I nicely said this is not the first time and she laughed and started helping the person behind me. All I ask is respect I left feeling so embarrassed I would not hire people like that. Most likely will find new local market.

I have been coming to this market since I moved to Bell like 14 years ago, I love this market the service is always attentive most of them, love the bakery department, the tortillas are the best I ever had , sadly the meat department has drown the quality, I notice a weird smell in my ceviche but the worst part was a lady bug almost at the end of the container. ( I attached pictures) This experience force to put the one star review, I don’t mean to be rude as I said I love this store !! I just want to call the managers attention to be more careful with prepared food.

Have been going here for years and were treated as if we were shoplifters by security. Instead of asking us to use a basket or a shopping trolley we were made to remove all items from the bags brought from home. Absolutely ruined my mother and I day.

There's always long lines at this location.🤔 You guys need to hire better cashiers that will take care of people promptly or lose customers. 🙄 Don't even bother coming to this location. You will surely be disappointed.🙁😣

My wife and I have been at Northgate Gonzalez Market for couple of years,we enjoy shopping there they have everything including fresh prepare meals and great Bakery. We aways buy American and Mexican products that's why we like shop there.

Bought some prepared al pastor meat got home and it was spoiled. Called and spoke to management she advised me to come back and bring the meat and receipt. I had to drive back. Got there and I approached the front desk a cashier was there she was very helpful, but another cashier Valeria Escobedo that stopped by to help that cashier that was helping me had and attitude and was looking at me up and down. Ridiculous I spend $80. On meat only it's sad that you get this kind of services. I did let her supervisor know she need more customers service.

I will give minus 5 stars if I can, worst experience ever, I wanted chicken breast so I went to get a number and I waited for my turn patiently until suddenly they stopped calling numbers and they starting helping people who barely came in so I told them right away that I was next, but the old lady just ignored me and she told the guy in black shirt, and he ignored me as well and both of them continued helping some other people then the guy came and told me that he called numbers which is not true cause I never left and I was there standing for my number to be called, you can review the cameras if you want 06/26/20 around 4:15.I spoke to a lady wearing a burgundy shirt and a net hat, the cashier told me that she was the assistant manager which I doubt it cause she didn’t know what to do.
