These guys could not have worked harder and were so compassionate and caring at a time that was beyond overwhelming. Matt has an incredible amount of knowledge and connections to help you market and get the best price for your family treasures. Kelly is helping us sell the property and is so organized and detail oriented, she has been on top of every aspect from the beginning of the process. Heart and Hustle did an incredible job helping us clean up and prepare an estate property for sale. The property had several generations’ worth of belongings, and the task was enormous, but Matt and his team handled it with professionalism, kindness, and incredible efficiency. They were accommodating every step of the way and went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of. We could never have done it without them. Matt and Kelly Lee of Hustle and Heart Estate Sales are the BEST! They were both very instrumental in conducting my brother’s estate sale. Dealing with the loss of my brother and not really knowing what to do with his estate items we called on Matt and Kelly. From start to finish they managed all aspects of the estate sale with compassion and professionalism keeping us up to date on all activities. Their use of online marketing tools and networking ensured the sale of most of the larger items, even bringing in people from out of state to purchase items. When the estate sale had concluded the house and property was cleared of any remaining items. We also took advantage of their professional cleaning team for deep top to bottom cleaning of the house and a run to the dump for items too big for us to remove. Whatever the task that needed done Matt had a network of people to get it done. We would highly recommend Matt and Kelly to anyone.

Using Hustle and Heart Estate Sales for my father's estate was the best decision I have ever made. Both Matt & Kelly Lee are fantastic, knowledgeable, driven, honest, communicative, and the best estate sale / realtor team out there. My father passed away and I was left with dealing with all his assets and his property. My father's property was 2.5 hours away from where I lived and having a 1 year old child made it very challenging to deal with the whole situation. Other estate sales companies told me that an estate sales was unlikely due to the location and wanted to charge me 8k to deal with the my father's belongings. Matt & Kelly handled every aspect from the estate sale, hauling junk, and shaping up the property. Matt found valuables that we had overlooked and promptly notified me. Matt went above and beyond. The estate sale was a huge success and I am so grateful for all of their hard work and effort. I was so impressed with their work with the estate sale that I went with them to sell the property. Kelly is everything you want in a realtor. Driven, connected, very communicative (sending me updates while she was on vacation), and knows how to deal with adversaries. My father did a couple of things with the trust and his property that threw me for a loop. Kelly took it all in stride, pivoted and got everything back on track. She had buyers lined up and ultimately had the house sold the same day it went on the market.

Really I am indebted to Matt & Kelly. They both went above and beyond - handled many things outside of my wheelhouse and turned a profit. I can't stress enough how professional, honest, driven they both are. 5 stars all around!

Matt and Kelly Lee have been absolutely wonderful to work with. I first learned of their business when searching for an estate sale company. I met Matt and was immediately impressed and confident he and his company would be the right choice for us. Soon after meeting Matt regarding the estate sale he introduced me to his wife Kelly. We were beyond blessed to find and hire Hustle & Heart Estate Sales during an emotional and trying time. The dynamic duo of Matt and Kelly (Team Lee) was reassuring, knowledgeable, and efficient.

After my father’s passing, we felt overwhelmed by the size of the estate. Matt and Kelly’s optimism and motivation, quickly made us feel secure that an estate sale was possible. Matt used his extensive contacts in the area (especially in regards to local charities), maximized his online selling presence, and his commitment to understanding my father’s professional background, hobbies and interests, created a timely and efficient selling of the estate.

Despite living over 400 miles from Auburn, Matt diligently kept us informed via clear and concise communication. Matt listens to his customers, as this was demonstrated by him following our wishes in the organizing, selling, and donating of my father’s belongings. Since my family could not stay at the property, Matt was thorough in sorting the belongings, and found several meaningful items that we thought had been lost.

Matt and Kelly were able to efficiently, and timely, achieve this success even though my father’s estate included belongings in a tri-level house, which included a fully packed three car garage, a two-story work shop that was packed wall-to-wall, and nine large storage units located two miles from the property. Team Lee’s organizational skills and extensive experience with the items in the estate, especially Matt’s knowledge in regards to the tools, led to a successful sale that greatly exceeded our expectations.

Matt and Kelly will always be the light and hope that helped us through a very sad time. Without hesitation, Hustle & Heart Estate Sales’ excellence is highly recommended by our family.
