If I can give 0 stars I would! Went in around May or April to buy a dress for my parent's wedding. Purchased a dress from their catalog and said it would take about a week to arrive. Three weeks went by and the dress still didn't arrive. They gave me so many excuses and I wanted a refund. The guy worker was still giving excuses and was extremely rude after telling him we didn't want to wait anymore, and I wanted a refund. Got my refund after his attitude problem. Customer service was a 0/10! There are better dress shops down the street with better dresses and prices! Don't waste your time here!

Buyers Beware!!! This place is scam palace. starting with the fake 5 star reviews on google, the completely incompetent and rude staff & the overpriced and surprise charges that they say "are stated in the contract" A contract they don't even provide a copy of or even explain to us! The staff is horrible they provided the wrong dress the day of the fitting and then acting like they don't understand you and singing "lalalala" as you are trying to make them rectify the issue and when u come back after they said they will exchange it as a "onetime exception " they act like they never even helped you and make u pay extra to receive the correct dress. No wonder they have a no refund or exchange policy. They are trying to scam you!!

We had a great experience! We walked in we’re greeted right away helped right away and they ordered the dress for it less than a week later and had everything ready when we came in to pick up. Highly recommend

Overpriced! Paid $ 180 for a dress I can’t wash or dry clean this dress was sold in bulk for wholesale package of 6 a $20 to $60 + per each dress the made 800% more on. A resale I should report them for price gauging !

Only because I have to put a star to leave a review or else I wouldn't put 1 single 🤬 star!
So I bought a dress and I asked if they could do a split and fix the sleeves because they are too big the guy said yes we charge $60 and will have it ready for you on Friday, my son's wedding is tomorrow when I went to pick it up this guy didn't do anything to the dress! He said they couldn't do it because the material was too delicate and I saw other dresses with a split and the same material I had to go somewhere else and buy another dress. There goes $250 dollars in the trash smh. Just be careful ladies if you go and purchase a dress here.

Completely unprofessional, the second me and my friends and family walked in we were ignored. The man working the store had the most outrageous rules and was completely unprofessional. Firstly, we couldn’t try any specific dresses, if we had not placed an order. How are we supposed to order a dress if we don’t try it on and see? Secondly, we had to be with an “adult” to try on dresses, which is so unfair because we did in fact, have someone who was an adult yet he still did not let us try on anything. We had money and we’re ready to spend, but we’ll take us and our money somewhere else.

Drove 2 hours to buy my wedding dress and when I finally had found it the guy took my measurements and was supposed to make it shorter at the bottom.. well when I picked it up and tried it I noticed it wasn’t any different from the length but then was told it could be because I didn’t have the heels on so I was like okay maybe.. but then I took it home and wore my heels and realized it wasn’t cut at all. And so now I had to pay $150 to get it cut somewhere local because it wasn’t done in the first place.. so annoying. And my mother in law also had got a dress and was taken the measurements but was never sent out to get it sized and cut. Smh waste of time!

By far the worst customer service! Buyers please beware! Not only are the salesman unprofessional but completely rude.
I ordered a custom made dress and was told to wait a week and I’d hear back from them for my measurements. I waited the first week and nothing happened I went to the store and asked if we could do the measurements since I had already made the 2 hour drive and was told to wait another week. After waiting three weeks I haven’t received a call for the measurements or let alone a dress. In the end of it all the associate refused to make the dress or refund my deposit.
