2021 paid for an expensive dress. Time for pick up they tried to give me the floor model. I pay attention to detail on top of the dress tule was torn and damaged in multiple places. Giving me the run around.
They thought i wouldn't notice with so much material. GOT NASTY Threatened them to sue. THEY GAVE ME A NEW DRESS!! FYI: WHEN TRYING ON A DRESS PAY ATTENTION. SPOT FLOOR MODEL DESCRIPTION & DAMAGES ON DRESS WHILE TRYING ON. BE AWARE. Make sure u document every person u talk to. Good luck with your purchase

This place gave my daughter and I the worst possible experience. We were there for my daughters quince dress and the tux rentals for the boys. They got my daughters quince dress completely wrong. ( 8 sizes to big and a completely different color than what we asked for.) Same with the Tux rentals, The sizes were off and the main reason we went there was because they promised me the colors I wanted. Again nothing. Not only did they lie about the dress color mix up and try to blame us for it, but they lied about delivery times and order dates. And on top of all this, they are so rude. We did end up getting a dress, but unfortunately what they offered me was someone else dress that had just been shipped in. The dress was a completely different dress than what we wanted, but we liked it. All that meant was, that they took some other little girls dress, and now they ruined someone else experience. They ruined what is supposed to be a beautiful experience between a mother and daughter.

Overall, I love my wedding dress and they gave it to me in time how they said. The alterations aren't the best BUT it works.

I absolutely love my dress and the ladies did their best to help me.

I gave them 4 stars because it's difficult to get in contact with them.

Wish I would have read the reviews before purchasing a wedding dress here.
I bought a dress on March 7, before COVID. I was told my dress would come on time and gave them an event date for July 11.
It's July 14th and they don't have my dress ! I asked for a refund of my money for failure to meet contract and for not responsibly communicating with me that my dress would not be arriving so I can make alternative arrangements.

When asked who is her store owner , Lidia gave me the run around and said she cannot give me his name or number , and doesn't visit the store ever....this is poor customer service!
I was told no refund would be given to me , even if they didn't comply with their own contract.

I'm gratefully dissatisfied and disappointed with my raza and how they do business. They don't value their customers.

This bridal shop is the worst, they don’t answer the phones. I ordered a quince dress back in December and it’s now June 2022 and still don’t have my dress I call them every other day and the Lady Lydia keeps telling me to call the next day call again . My daughters Quince is next week and I don’t even have the dress yet. I will recommend you don’t buy from this boutique they are horrible.

My mom took my sister here for her prom dress and it was a complete disaster!!! Had I read the other review before coming here we would have gone somewhere else! We ordered the dress in February for the prom in May. We were promised the dress in April but every time we went in to check on the dress it wasn't done and it was the wrong color!! They kept giving us excuses about why it wasn't done yet and at one point they blamed us for the color being off even though we kept telling them at every visit that it was wrong. Finally the week of prom we gave up! We searched other dress shops and found one my sister liked but before that this place had her in tears!!! We asked for a refund because the dress was never completed and they refused saying it's what we ordered! We are definitely going to take legal action but beware to anyone trying to get a dress from this place!!! They are HORRIBLE!!!!

This boutique does not answer their phone! I have called all numbers on the receipt and still no answer! I’ve been calling for 3 weeks. I can’t just show up due to work and how far I live. This is not good customer service when your client is trying to call for updates on a quince dress order! Im not happy with this service! Please be aware if you purchase with this boutique!
