Remembered coming to this place when I was younger and was excited to check it out again while I was strolling through little Italy. Everything is just thrown around and hard to browse. A lot of the clothes for sale were dirty or had stains. It was a very uncomfortable shopping experience, we were watched like we were stealing, the woman working there basically shopped as if she was with us-taking shirts out of my hands and unfolding them as I'm discussing them my significant other. I feel like we were forced into a sale here.

However - My poor rating is due to the man who works here, Nicky. He was basically screaming at the 2 older people running the shop with him. Nothing has a price and he was just making up prices on the spot when you asked. Cursed out customers when they left and didn't buy anything. He was so arrogant, entitled and nasty in just the few minutes I was there. I regret spending money here and definitely won't be back because of him. You can't treat your customers and peers like this and expect to stay in business. Shame to see what's happened here, someone probably worked really hard for this shop and the staff give it a bad name

Ernesto is the real deal. Genuine and kind. His store is the last of the Mohicans. Incredible vast array of imported Italian goods you will love the atmosphere and nostalgia. Ernie will even sing you a Neapolitan song. He is so nice and have been trying to interview him but the NY Post doesn’t get back to me. Let’s keep it open!

I love this little whole in the wall NYC landmark classic Little Italy shop. Ernie Rossi and his family have owned E. Rossi and Company since 1910! There are a range of items from keychains, to kitchen gadgets, coffee and espresso machines, cups, hand towels, postcards, flags, t-shirts, books, bags, NYC magnets, Italian everything, religious statues and collectible cards. This place has it all! I got a great deal on a few goodies the other day. Can't wait until my next visit.

Stumbled upon this store while exploring China Town, and I was pleasantly surprised when I waked in! Beautiful little shop with merchandise stacked to the ceiling from cups and cutlery to souvenirs. They had a huge collection of moka pots, I had to pick up a dolce & gabbana moka pot. The highlight of this store is the owner! Gem of a man, took the time to talk to us and gave great tips on maintaining the things I bought.

This is such a unique store. Missed them while they closed during COVID. I went with my family and the owner is just the best! You can talk with him all day, such a beautiful person.
This placed is ITALY at its best! Wall to wall religious and cultural Italian artifacts!

Absolutely amazing little store!
There's something for everyone here. Guaranteed! The store is a time capsule and a look into 1910. Mr. Ernie and the store clerks are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful and entertaining.

Mr. Ernie and his store are a hidden gem. There's really no other store like it. Never disappoints! Oh, and they ship too!

I was so excited to come to this shop (from Toronto) they have a lot of italian items, dish cloths, clothing and souvenirs. We were able to get dish cloths from our region in italy, pastas of italy, etc. You can't normally find these items. They sold cafeterias, pizzelle makers ,etc. Reminded me of little italy in Toronto when it was lively and vibrant. Store is small and can be difficult to get around but it's worth it.
