As someone who lived in Brooklyn for 15+ years I can't stress enough how incredible this place is. Leroy's Place is so much more than an art gallery or gift shop. It is a completely unique hub of creativity and wonder that brings together art and artists from across NYC, the country and the world. Support independent, female-owned small businesses! Especially when they're as special as this one.

Leroy’s Place is my go to gift shop in Brooklyn! They always have such a rich and diverse selection of goods, and the quality of everything is exceptional. If you can’t find it at Leroy’s, I’m not sure it exists! Every time I’ve given someone a gift from here, they not only love it, but remark on how special and rare it feels. Leroy’s is one of a kind and the folks who run it are just lovely. Will always be a loyal Leroy’s shopper!

One of the coolest stores I've EVER been to. So much cool art from various independent artists and just a cool place to check out all the decorations and puppets. The staff here are also so kind and welcoming and made it a memorable experience. This is a MUST GO in Brooklyn. Will be back maybe 100 times.

Leroys place is a place for the Creatives, those women put in hard work to create a modern animation on a original story line. those joints candles they have are some of the coolest gifts you could give a friend. a very warm place to be even in the winter time.

Leroy’s is not just my favorite gift shop in Brooklyn. It’s my mother’s favorite art gallery. It’s my southern mother-in-law’s favorite place in Brooklyn. It’s Park Slope’s most AMAZING GIFT SHOP and it’s also an artist community center! It’s every kid in Park Slope’s favorite place! A gift shop, art gallery, and MONSTER store all in one. Like Pee Wee Herman curated a shop with Jim Henson after burning man. I’m more than a fan, I’m an advocate. They have events all year long too!! And did I mention GIANT PUPPETS you interact with in the shop Stop by! You’ll definitely walk out with something handmade, unique, silly or surreal (or a combo of all those things).

I've been a Leroy's Place fan for some time, so I was pumped to get a chance to visit their shop in Brooklyn on a recent trip to NYC over the holidays. All of the whimsy and fun Leroy's Place is known for comes to life in the shop! Part gallery, part boutique, part experience, it has something for everyone - no matter their age. Whether you're looking for accessories, one-of-a-kind clothing, or a new piece for your art collection, this is a must-visit destination. Sounds like they'll have events and such soon as well. Can't wait to see what they come up with next!

I visited Leroy’s Place on 7th Ave. in Brooklyn just before Labor Day … it was both one-of-a-kind and familiar. It’s an awesome gift store with special art-inspired gifts for every occasion. It’s an art gallery with impressive original art by the owner, most with monsters, unicorns and other fanciful themes. It’s a creative and immersive place with puppets, a slime bucket, a customized throne for royal visitors, and short-action animated movies by the owner running on its screen. And, it’s a neighborhood place, with festive and kid-friendly Park Slope events regularly in its courtyard … I was lucky enough to be there for a local cafe’s snacks and a DJ … creative fun and deliciously filling. Wow, wow, wow! I can’t wait to return!
