Friendly and helpful staff. After being let down at FAO Schwartz for needing a Jellycat Diner reservation- this cute store saved the day!
My daughter was able to find a rare seagull jellycat and she was so happy.

This shop is such a wonderful find! The owners and all the staff are super sweet and helpful, always up for a chat about the neighborhood, what's happening on Broadway, or anything at all. They have fun gifts, beautiful candles and kids stuff galore. I always find the best cards here and have a REALLY hard time getting cards anywhere else in the City. Support local businesses and shop at Delphinium!!

I was really sadden by my experience at the store yesterday. I placed an order for pickup because I didn't have time to wait for a delivery. I was happy that I could just come to the store since it was right by my daily commute. However, when I came in I did not feel welcomed. When I picked up my order I felt like the person behind the counter just wanted me to leave, but I ignored it thinking maybe he just didn't expect me to browse. I wanted to look around since I was there for a gift. As I was looking I felt uncomfortable, because I felt like he was watching me. I kept browsing and got closer to the counter and he asked in a weird tone "do you leave nearby?" I don't like discussing personal details with strangers so I kept it short and said 'yeah' or something like that. Then, again in a weird tone he said, "because I can see your address in the order..." while giving me a weird look. My suspicions where confirmed that was being looked at differently than the other customers. I kept it polite and left but I kept feeling very sadden and frankly offended by the interaction. I am writing this review just to let you know, no I am not a criminal, just a customer that was happy to have found a store where I could get fun, quirky and queer things. Needless to say, I won't be going there again. Very disappointed, and that's an understatement.

In Hells Kitchen? Need a gift? There is something for everyone in here! I can always rely on this place but I dropped in last minute the other day for a baby gift and picked up 3 books and 2 teething toys for the basket i was making! Friendly and accommodating staff!

They are so friendly and kind! Even helped me open and insert a photograph inside a sealed frame and gift wrapped it
