We were visiting from out of town and needed to give our dog a bath. They supplied all the material and at a very reasonable price. Looks like store has been there for many years. Reminds me of an old feed store, which is sweet. Employees were very helpful and our pup loved walking around the store.

I can’t say enough good things about this place and Monique!!! I came in as a first time puppy owner with 0 sleep and experience and Monique helped me so much!! I was about to cry as I was having such a hard time with our 9 week old
Pup. She gave me the best recommendations, calmed me down, shared all the amazing best practices on how to care for my pup and reassured me. I can’t tell you what a life saver she is!!! Last day I go in there and give my money to you. Your rude old lady with long shoulder hair is told every time what the prices are she’s become too lazy to look for herself then proceeds to continually berate me in the store and call ME rude for not giving her the price and telling her to check the bag! DONE! The old lady thinks she can treat customers this way, I’ve bitten my tongue once too many. She’s a crank! She’ll cost you!

I Love this pet store! I buy my Betta Water by the case and they did not hesitate to give me a percentage off the entire amount!!! Friendly, Helpful, personnel. They meet and greet you as you come in and are supportive to your very needs! Thank you to the owners and associates I will always get my case from them! Great Price Too! 🙂

Love this place, all the employees are so kind & personable! They treat you like a family. My only "con" is that they no longer do dog nail clips😞😞 My pups are terrified of getting their nails clipped but the girl who was doing it(owners daughter) is so gentle with them which helped their anxiety. Prices are very reasonable, especially considering it saves a trip to Ventura. Happy that we have a great pet store in that area & the family oriented place that it is!

Great staff! Excellent selection of mostly cat and dog supplies, but fish, birds (including a few chicken treats, small coups & stuff), rabbit supplies, storage supplies and more! Definitely worth stopping by & grabbibg some goodies you need for your furry, feathered & finned critters!

I like this store but they do not have consistent pricing. I order the exact same thing every time and there is variance in price every time. I was there today.
A loose can of cat food was priced at 1.20 per can.
The same flavor in a case I purchased was 1.25 per can. Previous attempt to purchase the sticker said 1.50 per can. Once or twice is fine, but the last 4 or 5 times I’ve been there this cat food had to be questioned, only to receive silly excuses. I’m done.
