I have gone here three times in the last few years and 2 of the visits were not good, 1 was ok. I wanted to like it, support local and all. It's a pretty place.

I can still remember the first time I came into this beautiful and well organized garden shop. The owner Sean was so kind, knowledgeable and personable. I have to same great treatment and I love the music. He probably has everything!

Poor customer service; two employees didn't seem to even care that we were there to spend money. We knew exactly what we wanted, couldn't find it, and one employee could barely be bothered to point it out to us. When we got to the front to pay, we saw offensive political literature proudly displayed, and learned that they only accept cash. Never again.

They literally have every tool you can even imagine. I love the Japanese garden tools more than anything and here they have all the types! They also carry Japanese knifes for the kitchen.
I really like the cotton hats and the selections of gloves (very awesome quality, at the beginning I was sketchy for expend so much, but at the end I’m glad I have high quality and they last over two years now and counting)
I like also their personal seed selection with natives plant and very cheap huge packets of phacelia and bachelor button seeds!
In general tools and seeds here are amazing 🙂

Nice garden center, great music. I would give that a 4, however not friendly and not helpful service at the counter. I would have bought more but was totally turned off by the rude service.

I love the amount of merchandise this place carries and think it generally is a good shop, however I went there this morning and the music over the sound system was playing so loud that it was impossible to talk to my companion. When we asked the staff to turn down the music, we were met with indignant stares. I will say they turn the music down but only slightly. We decided to take our business elsewhere. I will probably not shop here again. Customer service did not seem to be a priority.

Their customer service is awful plan on plan on knowing exactly what you're looking for and not having to ask somebody because I asked 3 different times about a certain plant and they just pointed at approximation where they would where they would be because everything in that place looks in that place looks the same pretty much so instead of pointing at it how about you walk me over there and help me find it and actually show me and maybe explain how it grows or explain the different things because even though I have a cell phone I can look up everything it would be nice to have a little bit of customer service and somebody who actually cares about their place of work and knows a little bit about the plant.
