I went with my second graders for a field trip. Such an educational and fun experience. I especially loved the train area and the man that ran that area telling us amazing historical stories! There's so many incredible and interesting artifacts from all areas in Mendocino county

This is a great museum packed with so much history of the surrounding area I was surprisingly shocked at how much history I never knew about this area I recommend stopping in here if your passing through or live here you'll be surprised at all the interesting things that have happend here I recommend HIGHLY they also have kids activities which my 7 year old enjoyed

Nice local museum detailing life around Mendocino county. 4 dollars for adults and q dollar for kids is pretty fair. The 50s lunch counter exhibit is a true blast from the past. My kids got a little bored after 10 mins though. Kids!
