When we arrived we were greeted by friendly staff and they got our check in process done quick and easy. They informed us of breakfast and gave directions to our room. The room was very clean and very quiet, we were able to see the ocean from our window and we were able to just unwind and relax. All the amenities that you would need are provided for you. Just an overall great stay and will definitely stay again next time I’m in the area. Thank you.

First off I’ll start by saying for my job I travel a lot and stay in a lot of Motels/Hotels. This has been one of very best experiences staying for work I’ve ever had. The rooms are very clean, and the housekeeping is always quick, and on point. The staff is very friendly, always doing everything they can to resolve whatever issue comes up, and make your stay as comfortable as possible. The gym has the basics, never crowded or being used it seems, and it’s always in good order. The pool, and hot tub are great for relaxing when they’re not full of barely attended children. The breakfast is great every morning with coffee ready every morning. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re gonna explore the beautiful coast or the amazing redwoods in this amazing area.

The room was very comfortable, loved the hot tub, and pool. The pool could of been a little warmer. I also loved the fact that pets are welcome..that was the best. Even tho we didn't bring our dogs next time we will. Also the wifi worked great. Other than the price.. we enjoyed our trip.

Positive: Comfortable room, very good breakfast. Negative: Pool area was clean and nice, but the showers were cold. Staff was nice and accomodating except sometimes they would be MIA, no one would be at the front desk and no one would answer the phone. Paying extra for a garden view is a waste.

My stay was as expected for an IHG property. Although some are a little better than others most all are in the upper tier of hotels. This particular Hotel was very clean all around the pool area breakfast area the rooms the hallways everything was nice and clean and had a smell of cleanliness that's important to me. Overall it was a good stay and a great location at a good price you can't ask for anything better than that thank you

Easy to find, a really nice place to stay and we were impressed by the hotel layout, service, cleanliness, rooms and breakfast. Checking was a Reese with Susan, she acknowledged my IHG status and gave me an upgrade overlooking the forest with a balcony. The room was spotless with no evident wear and tear. The bathroom was a strange arrangement with the shower (over bath) and toilet in a closet and the sink in the bedroom. The shower was excellent.||The bed provided a comfortable and enjoyable sleep. We were there for two nights, with both nights being enjoyed.||Breakfast was basic, but hit the spot and set you up for the day.||As stated in other reviews, the hotel is pretty isolated, however, there are a few nice restaurant's within a ten minute drive.||A clean and comfortable stay

Clean hotel, but the real MVPs are the breakfast crew—2 stars for them! ||We were there for one night, and I kicked things off by requesting extra towels at check-in. Apparently, I had the face of a ‘Towel Thief,’ because I was told I could only get more towels if I handed over the used ones first. After pleading my case, I managed to walk away with one towel, a true triumph!||Then came the coffee debacle. I politely pointed out that the coffee was colder than an arctic breeze and asked for a fresh brew. The front desk lady said she’d get to it...eventually. I even asked her to call me when it was ready. Spoiler: no call, and an hour later, the coffee was still iced, no cubes needed.||At checkout, I mentioned the towel saga and even offered a live towel count, but the new front desk person passed on that thrilling opportunity. She said she’d add some points to my account to make up for things. Guess what? The points are still lost in the void. ||Either the hotel staff missed the training memo or their trainer needs a copy of ‘Training for Dummies’ ASAP!||I've got to hand it to the breakfast staff—they were absolute rockstars, going above and beyond to make sure we had delicious vegan food. Big shoutout to the gentlemen there; they were the true heroes of our stay!||That said, unless I'm left with no other options and all other hotels have mysteriously vanished, I think I'm going to give IHG a pass for now. I’m more than happy sticking with Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott, or that cozy Mom-and-Pop motel where you get a room key and life advice from the owners!

We stopped here on our drive up Highway 1 and we were surprised by how clean and comfortable our room was given the budget-friendly price point. The beds were comfortable and we slept with the windows cracked for fresh air, which was lovely. Overall this is a great value and we would stay here again. Free breakfast is always a nice convenience that also added to the overall value of your stay.
