Extensive selection of smoked sausages, meats, and cheeses amongst other things. Tried a bit of everything and was very pleased. They also sell meat from nearby farm in point reyes. Really wished I had a shop like this closer to where I lived.

A real gem of a place, and I wish there was a version of it that was only a few hours drive from my house. This little place of a store, provides high quality meats, which translates to higher prices as well, but in this case, you will get what you pay for. An interesting thing here is, they make a variety in-house sausages, and the butcher in charge of making these sausages, is truly an alchemist. From the extra garlic (it will keep the vampires away for sure) to the turducken (Yes, turkey, duck & chicken. Basically, Thanksgiving in a sausage), Mac & Cheese and other wonderful combos. If you have any questions about them, I would request to speak to him if he's available. He takes great pride in what he does, and it appears he enjoys the opportunity to talk about his creations. I hope he stays here for a long time, because these sausages are a great treat. Regarding their other meats, they are top notch, and you can find some of them used in the Mayan Fusion restaurant offerings next door. I would say, if given the opportunity to drop by, you should do so, and who knows, you might leave with something nice to eat. This is especially true for RV travelers, where this kind of place adds to the overall RV experience.

This place has some of the best tasting Sausage sticks I’ve had in years! The jalapeño cheddar stick is my personal favorite! But if you don’t like heat, all of the other flavors are full of great balanced flavors!

Wow, this butcher/meat shop has the best looking meat in town! From t-bone steaks to beef jerky this place has it all. Some nice looking condiments are also available. Friendly staff is helpful with decisions too.

Very good selection - top quality. They have smoked meats and a full service butcher. They also have cheeses and crackers and is a great stop for picnic items. They also have a good selection of cooking utensils, rubs, spices, mustard, and other seasonings.

The butcher is very knowledgeable and helpful. This is a gem of a place.

Swiss cheese, albacore tuna, beef bones(for dogs), salmon, and a large selection of house-made sausages are all smoked here. Their 'beef sticks'(1/2"diameter smoked sausage sticks) must be refrigerated; the only such sticks I have eaten outside of Wisconsin. Unsmoked quality meat and fish are also sold here fresh.

Just spent over $1000 to have 2 pigs butchered smoking was poor sausage isn’t good seems like some cuts of meat are missing. Definitely not what it used to be went down hill fast won’t be going back to have them do any butchering

Excellent smoked meats and pickles. Too bad we had to get our bread somewhere else because the loaves they sell are not fresh. Otherwise it would have been a convenient one-stop shop for our picnic.
