These macarons are absolutely delicious!!!! I consider myself a macaron connoisseur and these are at the top of my list. Great texture and the perfect amount of filling! I ordered custom macarons for my daughters first birthday and they were a hit. I was actually sad I had to share. These macarons are authentic and so very delicious. I lived in France for 8 years and know my macarons! These are the real deal. Flakey and delicate on the outside, but chewy on the inside. Diana is also very professional and you can tell that lots of love and care goes into each batch. She met all of our deadlines and was very easy to work with. I highly recommend Ambrosia Macarons!
